General Terms and Conditions of Website Use

These general conditions of use of the website regulate the terms and conditions of access to and use of the portal www.marpamanagement.com, owned by Marpa Management S.R.L., with registered office at Boulevard Turístico del Este, Avenida España, corner Autopista del Coral - Placita La Ecológica 83, Higüey, Dominican Republic. Access to and use of the portal, whether in whole or in part, and of its content and/or services, implies full acceptance of these general conditions of use.
The Marpa Management website (hereinafter, “MARPA”) has the main function of providing information regarding its initiatives and services.
MARPA requests visitors and users of this page to carefully read these conditions and the Privacy Policy before exploring or using the site. If you do not agree with these conditions or with any provision of the Privacy Policy, we suggest that you refrain from accessing or browsing MARPA’s website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

When a User accesses MARPA’s website, they do so under their sole responsibility and therefore fully and unreservedly accept the content of these terms and conditions of use. MARPA reserves the right to update and modify, at any time and in any way, unilaterally and without prior notice, these terms of use and the content of the site.

2. Purpose

MARPA provides Users with information about services, partners, projects, and content (hereinafter, “Information”) made available by MARPA or by third parties.

3. Conditions of Accessibility and Use of the Portal

Access to and use of MARPA’s website is free of charge for Users.


3.1. User Registration. In general, the provision of services does not require prior subscription or registration by the User.
3.2. Accuracy of Information. All information provided to the User through the services must be truthful. Accordingly, the User undertakes to guarantee the authenticity of the data they provide as a result of filling out the forms required for subscribing to services. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any harm caused to MARPA or third parties due to the information they provide.
3.3. Intellectual Property. All content on this portal, whether text, images, compilations, trademarks, logos, graphics, color combinations, or any other element, its structure and design, the selection and presentation of the materials included, and the programs necessary for its functioning, access, and use, are protected by intellectual property rights held by MARPA or by third-party licensors, which must be respected by the User of this portal.
3.4. The User must refrain from deleting, altering, circumventing, or manipulating any protection device or security system that may be installed on the portal.

4. Protección de los datos personales

MARPA provides the User with a contact form in which some personal data (hereinafter, “Personal Data”) must be provided in advance.
MARPA will process personal data automatically for the purposes and under the conditions defined in its Privacy Policy.
MARPA has adopted the security levels it deems necessary and seeks to implement the technical protection measures required. However, Users must be aware that Internet security measures are not infallible.
MARPA may use cookies when a User browses the sites and web pages of the portal. The User accepts that MARPA is not responsible for any content, associated links, resources, or services related to a third-party site. Likewise, the User accepts that MARPA will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of third-party content.

MARPA is not responsible for any consequence arising from the improper access by third parties to its database or for any technical failure in the operation or preservation of data in the system in any of the menus of its website.
